• Translate quotations into English
• Be present at the start of the job
• Check on the quality and workmanship during the job
• Be present when the job is completed
• Most importantly, we will act as liaison between you, the customer and the professional builder

When the job is completed, the customer will receive an invoice for the service as described in the contract and will pay the invoice directly to the builder/craftsman.

After completion the work and the payment of the invoice to the builder/craftsman, and the payment of the invoice from Property-service, the contract ends.
