Property-service Maintenance Contract

This contract is designed for those property owners who wish to rent out their property, or who are already renting out their property.

We will take care of all matters concerning the renting out of a property. For example:

• Assistance with the rules and regulations of renting out property in the Netherlands
• Taking care of the whole rental process, for example, finding tenants and keeping track of payments
• Conducting a professional check on the property both internal and external

For this service we work in partnership with other specialists on long or short term renting projects.

The tenant has the advantage of working with one person for all issues thereby avoiding problems they may encounter during the rental period.

For this service there will be a custom made contract which best suits the needs of you, the home owner, and your tenant.
